• At Professional Hearing Services, Inc. our mission is to provide
  our patients with an improved quality of life through better
  hearing. In order to accomplish this mission our team has to
  continually strive to:
  
• Improve our services to you.
  
• Improve our education as a staff for our patients.
  
• Improve the hearing technology we offer you and the
  technology we use to test your hearing as well as verify the
  benefit you receive from your hearing solution.
  Our services have improved by adding Free Annual Adult
  Hearing Screenings and Adjustments to keep your quality of
  life active. You will be receiving a letter and phone call from us
  on the anniversary month you purchased your hearing devices.
  Please take advantage of this service.
  Our education as a staff continues to improve by coursework
  we take throughout the year from hearing aid manufacturers, the
  state and national hearing conventions. Our education to you has
  improved by providing you with a newsletter three times a year.
  We have instigated Speech-In-Noise Testing to discuss your
  ability to understand speech in background noise environments.
  We are currently working on Hearing Rehab Meetings which
  will give you more information regarding your hearing and
  strategies to use to help you hear better in all situations.
  Our technology continues to improve every year. On
  July 21st and 22nd, we will have a Technology Open House
  to demonstrate the newest hearing technology to you. The
  demonstration is free. If your hearing devices are older, or you
  would like to improve your quality of life, this Open House
  provides a nice opportunity for you to hear the difference.
