Primary Care Associates of Appleton is home to 20 physicians and a team of skilled nurses and support staff who together provide comprehensive primary health care for individuals and families, from newborn babies to seniors. It’s the goal of each of our physicians – and of our practice as a whole – to provide the best possible care throughout our patients’ lifetimes. Patients can get much of the care and treatment they need right here in our facility – including diagnostics like x-rays, lab work, CAT scans and ultrasounds – making comprehensive care convenient and accessible. When necessary, we refer patients to physicians who offer specialized care in a particular area of medicine. By partnering with these healthcare professionals, we enhance our ability to care for patients throughout their lives.
