  Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona is a full-service plastic surgery practice, offering a complete array of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery to patients throughout northern Arizona. Headquartered in Flagstaff, Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona is the practice of Stephen F. Lex, M.D. and Jack Quigley, M.D., both of whom are Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons as well as Certified Hand Surgeons. In addition to their Flagstaff office (1020 N. San Francisco Street), doctors Lex and Quigley see patients in satellite clinic locations in Sedona (Sedona Medical Center, 3700 Highway 89A), Cottonwood (401 Calvary Way), Prescott (Mind, Body and Soul Wellness Spa, The Crossings Professional Subdivision, 3165 Crossings Drive), Lakeside (Sierra Blanca Clinic/New Skin Spa, 2963 W. White Mountain Blvd.), Payson (Payson Physical Therapy, 903 E. Highway 260, Suite 1), Kingman (Kingman Regional Hospital Outpatient Clinic, 1739 Beverly Ave., Suite 102), and Anthem (Michael Alexander Salon & Spa, 4205 W. Anthem Way). They perform most of their surgery in Northern Arizona SurgiCenter, their state-licensed, Medicare-certified, AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center, which is located in the Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona building at 1020 N. San Francisco Street in Flagstaff.
