About Us

• Pillen Optical was founded in 1974 by Gary Pillen. Our practice was located on the corner of 5th and Kansas City Street for over 40 years. In July 2016, we moved into our new facility. Our new building not only provides us with more space, it has enhanced our ability to take care of your needs. The larger building has allowed us to bring in a 2nd full time optometrist to perform eye health exams and more. This allows us to better accommodate your schedule, and we now carry an even larger selection of frames for customers to choose from.
