• Phoenix Resolutions Treatment Facility (PRTF) LLC. is a comprehensive addiction and mental health counseling agency. PRTF serves adults and provides multiple levels of care, which includes alcohol and drug rehab. PRTF is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and treats clients with addiction and mental health issues under the following levels of care:
  - Partial Hospitalization with Community Housing (PHP)
  - Intensive Outpatient program (IOP)
  - Outpatient Program (OP)
  - Outpatient Detox
  
  Our mission is to provide our clients with a safe, effective and life-changing therapeutic program in a residential setting by employing established and cutting edge educational tools to prepare them to live a clean and sober life.
