About Us Penny has 38 years experience in practicing law, representing many individuals and businesses in the Kansas City area. She graduated with a J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1982, and with a B.A. in Communication from William Jewell College in 1979. Penny has a wide range of experience in representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, handing all types of real estate transactions, including contracts, deeds, closings, leases, evictions and more. Penny also offers advice on all types of various business matters, contracts and many other transactions.
