• With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I've gained a wealth of knowledge that I bring to every Inspection. Before becoming a home Inspector, I held a mechanical state license in Louisiana for 25 years and worked in HVAC. During that time, I worked on over 3000 new construction homes and have done many remodels. In addition, I own rental properties and perform all my own maintenance, giving me a comprehensive understanding understanding of what it takes to maintain a home.
