• Pediatric Dental Care in Winona, MN, is a pediatric dental practice serving patients from birth to 21 years of age. Dr. Chris Carroll is one of the only pediatric dental specialists in the Winona area. After receiving his four-year dental degree from University of Louisville, he completed a two-year pediatric dental residency at University of Minnesota. We are proud to say that we have served more than 10,000 area children and adolescents.
  
  Our philosophy is "prevention is the best medicine." We much prefer to prevent problems rather than fix them, and our goal is a cavity-free childhood for all our patients. An early start is essential if we are going to do this, so, as the American Dental Association recommends, we like to begin seeing children around their first birthday
  
  We are geared toward children and believe that a trip to the dentist should be fun. We try to create a positive atmosphere that is relaxing and welcoming, and we always do our best to explain every step of the process and to answer any and all questions.
