Palmetto Women's Center (PWC) offers pregnancy testing and limited ultrasounds at no charge. We have an office located in Rock Hill, and a mobile clinic coming to a location near you. Our medical staff and patient advocates are here to help you. You do not need health insurance to receive our services.
