• We are located in a 21,000 square foot building on Lone Oak Road as part of Pain Management Center, which also houses Ambulatory Surgery Center and Paducah Physical Therapy. We plan and supervise all programs, tracking treatments, and handling case management. The staff consists of a medical director, physicians, physical therapist, along with various ancillary personnel including nurses and administrative personnel. Pain Management Center is equipped with the most state-of-the-art equipment in this area.
