Our Rehabilitation Services is conveniently located on Wayne Memorial Hospital's campus in Jesup, Georgia. We serve outpatients, with a physician's referral. Once an appointment is scheduled, a thorough evaluation by a licensed therapist will be completed and a plan of care created. We work with your primary care or referring physician throughout the entire process to individualize your treatment.
