  • Optimum Performance Academy, training athletes to succeed. Many believe the ages of 12-18 are the most ideal ages for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete's entire lifetime. This program was developed using advanced techniques to produce improvements in athletic performance. While participating in this 10 week training program your athlete will learn many skills and gain confidence on and off the field. Skills to be worked on: Speed, Lateral agility, Explosiveness, Coordination, Rotational Power, Sports specific movements and Injury prevention. Sports OPA trains, Football, Baseball, Lacrosse.
