The Arc of Owensboro/Opportunity Center Workshop is private non-profit agency started over 55 years ago by a group of parents to assist individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to provide vocational and daily living oriented training to adults with disabilities and to advocate for civil rights and services to enable them to achieve independence.
