Operation Clean was started by Cody Record in 2016. Cody was honorably discharged July 2015 from the worlds greatest United States Army. He served in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2008 and Operation New Dawn in 2012. He served on the Personal Security Detachment for the Colonel and CSM as the detachments Combat Medic.
