Our mission at Open Hearts is to promote the highest level of independence possible for each resident, and to share God's love by providing shelter, physical, emotional & spiritual nourishment & support to those who are in need. ~We have been providing exceptional care to our residents since 2002. We have experience working with a variety of medical conditions such as Diabetes, Parkinsons, Alzheimers, COPD, & end of life care. Residents enjoy a wide open living & dinign area.
