Here at Ohana, we’re a little different from your average martial arts school. Rather than focusing completely on fitness or winning competitions, we instead center our learning environment on the importance of family and developing life skills. To us, martial arts are a great way to learn self-defense and grow in confidence. Not only are you (or your children) learning greater control over your body, but you’re also developing principles like integrity, discipline, patience, kindness, honesty, and humility that will help guide the rest of your life.
