• At Northern Surplus we have grown to fill three specific niches within the Bemidji community. We were originally a military surplus retailer, and we have stayed true to those roots, continuing to carry military surplus today. Cadets in the local Civil Air Patrol program receive a discount here when they show us their CAP card.
