Norman Couture started painting at age 10 for his dad’s painting company. He quit school at 17 to attend the U.S. School of Professional Paper Hanging in Rutland Vt. In just 3 months he graduated as the youngest student ever, and start his own Painting and Wallpapering Company. He has taken courses in NYC for Color mixing and Faux finishing. Quality is always 1st and that is why his business has thrived for 43 years.
