• Nom de Plume is a family owned and operated shop in the heart of Norman, Oklahoma. In a world of mass production, we want to give our customers the personal touch of making an item or gift truly one of a kind. Nom de Plume is run by experienced seamstress and costumer Deborah Billingsley. She has spent more than a decade providing her customers with the perfect items for every occasion, from embroidered mannequins to Victorian ballgowns.
