Jennifer Bertrand earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. She earned her master’s degree in counseling at the University of Houston Victoria. Prior to becoming a counselor, Jennifer worked extensively with individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing advocacy, case management, and resilience training to ensure a safe and loving environment.
