We started this endeavor years ago here in the mountains but had to move to Florida where the work was. We teamed up with several realtors and a few private investors there in the Sarasota - Bradenton and the Tampa - St Pete areas. We managed a large dorm community that was privately owned and we also provided "on call" and "monthly contract maintenance" for motels and hotels plus the vacation rental market. Later we were asked to do the maintenance and turn arounds for several apartments complexes as well as numerous private home owners and other realtors. We were fortunate to get into foreclosure turn around market working for a large contractor that handled Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac foreclosures in the surrounding areas there in the Seminole Florida and surrounding areas.
