Angela’s environmental law practice focuses primarily on air quality and climate change issues. She represents clients on regulatory and compliance matters at federal, state, and local levels, including representation before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. She also represents clients on related Florida legislation, in agency rulemaking proceedings, and in administrative litigation before the Division of Administrative Hearings. Most recently, her clients have included electric utility companies, bioenergy and waste-to-energy facilities, phosphate fertilizer manufacturers, cement manufacturers, boat-makers, and shipbuilders.
