• Moore Recycling Concrete & Asphalt Inc is a division of Moore Asphalt. We are located in Waterloo, IL and provide commercial and residential asphalt paving & sealing services for the surrounding areas of our 2 locations - Millstadt and Waterloo. In addition to complete asphalt paving & sealing we also offer a complete supply of recycled asphalt paving & sealing materials as well as complete asphalt paving & sealing recycling. We are a supplier of many recycled products including: crushed aggregate products, grade 8 rock, 2" clean rock, rip rap, 3/8" chips, agriculture lime, 1" minus roto mill, 2" clean roto mill.
