I employ a positive Existential & Gestalt approach to therapy, placing an emphasis on discovery and awareness while integrating aspects of other approaches to individualize therapy for each client. This leads to connecting with the whole person, working in session to not only explore the client’s presenting problem, but the exploration of their thoughts and feelings as it relates to who you are Individually, Interpersonally, Professionally, Spiritually / Sexually, and how they want to live in their Community.
