  Romanian born owner/baker Michelle is self taught and has been in the USA for over 30 years. Everything she creates is simply amazing. For instance, she began by WOWING!! her customers with her scrumptious cheesecakes, in particular the Peach Amaretto, a creamy peach and Amaretto liqueur cheesecake that sits atop a shortbread cookie crust. Yum!! Over the years her repertoire had evolved into some amazing desserts, like :Dobos Torte: Thin layers of sponge cake are filled and iced with a light chocolate butter cream. Topped with homemade caramel. Everything she creates is simply amazing .Please taste and see for yourself. We at Mich Goodies use the Finest and Freshest ingredients possible. All our products are freshly made to order.Michelle wants to point out to her clients which are under a restricted diet , they do not need to deprive themselves of sweets. Because here at Mich Goodies, by adjusting a few ingredients for either the Sugar-Free customer ( we only use all natural and not processed sweeteners) or for Allergy Free customer, the Sweet life will be more exciting.
