About Us

• Meals by Misty began in 2007 when Misty Westover, then a 5th-grade math teacher, wanted a hobby to keep her busy during holidays and time off. Misty has always loved cooking for a crowd and throwing dinner parties was her specialty! In 2018, Misty made a choice that she had been praying about for years. She found the perfect building, the perfect builder, and with a lot of faith, hope, and love, the doors to Meals by Misty opened in April of 2018. They offer homemade southern-style casseroles, sides, salads, her famous chicken salad, and pimento and cheese, all made fresh every day for hungry people on the go!
