About Us

• I am a licensed massage therapist located in West York where I have integrated my office into a tattoo shop. My training is in trigger-point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports and Swedish modalities. I work with injuries, back and neck pain from sitting at work all day on the computer, restaurant workers and anyone who is overwhelmed by pain and or stress. I custom tailor a protocol for each individual client based on his or her expressed needs and desires for that appointment. I became a massage therapist after working in the restaurant industry for 13 years where everyone was constantly stressed and complaining of a variety of body aches and pains, whether acute, re-occurring, or chronic. I chose massage because I wanted to help with the problems I have lived through personally and to expand my knowledge on helping others. I have found massage more rewarding and so much more positive of a career path. Each client is a gift and I learn so much from each person.
