Our philosophy of doing business has always been to treat our customers well so they come back and do business with us again. It's as simple as that. Lee Markquart established that philosophy when he came to town in 1970 and we have taught that to our employees ever since. Values like integrity, positive attitude, leadership, empowerment and extra-ordinary customer service are steeped in our culture and taught to every new employee. We have learned that if we violate these core values with each other or our customers that troubled relationships and upset customers are an almost immediate consequence.
