• At Mark Webber's Arboricultural & Horticultural Consultancy, we are a firm of highly respected, experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled arboricultural and horticultural consultants. Mark Webber has two degrees in Horticulture (A.A.S., B.S.) from The Ohio State University. He is designated by the Ohio Nursey Landscape Association as a Master Nursery Landscape Technician. The International Society of Arboriculture has designated Mark as a Board-Certified Master Arborist(BCMA), Certified Municipal Arborist Specialist,Certified Utility Arborist Specialist and a Tree Risk Assessment Qualifed Arborist. The Arboricultral Association has designated Mark as level 5 arborist in the United Kingdom. Mark has been designated by the Board of Tree Experts in New Jersey as a Licensed Tree Expert.
