As Owner and Executive Chef of Marco’s Sushi & Raw Bar Restaurant, Mark embarks on his most recent business venture with his wife Lan, whom he met in his previous restaurant, Bay Hundred. Both decedents of the Vietnamese culture, Mark and Lan have an extended palette of international cuisine and are well rounded when it comes to cooking. Mark’s experience in the restaurant industry has won him much success and continues to keep his customers satisfied.
