He was previously an In-House lawyer for a major insurance company, assigned to that insurance company's Workers Compensation Department. He later joined a large, regional defense law firm. He rose to the level of Shareholder and Manager of that law firm's Northern New Jersey Workers Compensation Department. In 2001 Mr. Ricciardelli opened his own law firm. The firm is dedicated to obtaining benefits for the injured worker.
