About Us Magnolia Manor is a faith-based ministry serving senior adults throughout South Georgia. This not-for-profit Georgia Corporation was chartered in 1959, and it is recognized by the IRS as a charitable, 501(c)(3) organization. We are committed to the highest values of the Christian faith in all of our work and ministry. Our heritage is founded in the Methodist church, but our service is ecumenical.
