Lu Lu Salon & Skin Care was founded by Wes Refat in 2006. The salon`s name comes from his love for the French culture. Wes`s philosophy is that all beauty is connected, but skin and hair are key components to building a woman’s confidence. He believes this confidence is reflected in daily actions, keeping us motivated and successful.
