About Us

  • Lititz Podiatry attends to podiatric needs of all ages, from toddlers and young athletes to seniors. We are committed to early diagnosis in children and prevention in all stages of life. We recommend that all age groups to participate in foot and ankle care, since many times a serious problem can be avoided by early diagnosis and a very simple treatment regimen while a child’s body is still in the formative stages. We specialize in treating diabetes related problems as well as heel pain, bunions, Achilles tendonitis, hammer toes, ingrown toenails, nail fungus, and many additional problems.

Currently the only physician at Lititz Podiatry, Dr. Kilgore accommodates patients in need of foot and ankle care. Dr. Kilgore specializes in relieving foot and ankle pain in his patients and helping them live pain free. Dr. Kilgore was born and raised in Lancaster County. He and his family have lived in the Lititz area for over 20 years. Kenneth W. Kilgore, D.P.M. obtained a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University and graduated as Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University. His residency program included two years at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown training in podiatric medicine, orthopedics, and surgery. Rotations there included neurology, rheumatology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, infectious diseases, general medicine, and anesthesiology.
Lititz Podiatry will tailor treatments for sports or work induced problems, diabetes related issues, and those with low activity levels. Podiatric care involves lower extremity health care, including vascular and neurological problems, problems secondary to diabetes, biomechanical and related orthopedic difficulties, dermatological and wound care, sports injuries and, of course, preventive measures. We work to alleviate the pain you may be feeling in your feet and ankles and then we help you stay on your feet and enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. Foot Pain is not normal and you do not have to live with it.

We offer an array of care ranging from palliative to surgical correction according to circumstances. We treat sprains, fractures, muscle imbalance, nail care, skin lesions such as warts and ulcers, bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and heel spurs. Treatment is available for patients of all ages and activity levels. Our office is equipped to take x-rays on site. We carry extra depth shoes for our diabetic program.
