About Us

  • The Lifespan Lifestyle Medicine Center at the Women's Medicine Collaborative uses evidence-based practices to assist individuals and families to adopt and sustain behaviors that can improve their health and quality of life. The Lifestyle Medicine Center focuses on six areas: physical activity, healthful eating, nutrition, stress management, sleep and relationships. The lifestyle medicine team works with you to identify areas that you would like to improve. They provide the support and encouragement patients need to attain and maintain their personal health goals. In doing so, current health concerns can be minimized and risk for future health problems reduced.
