Lezli Braswell, M.D., completed her residency at Christus Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio, Texas after earning her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and has over 16 years of clinical experience both in the emergent, urgent, military and outpatient settings. In her spare time, Lezli enjoys spending time with her family and is happy to be back in Columbus.
