About Us The law firm of Leonard F. Berg, Attorney at Law, could be called an estate planning firm or an elder law firm. However, those terms are somewhat limiting and do not fully describe what we do. Although we certainly do draft wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney, we define our practice using broader terms. We have come to understand that there is a great deal of overlap between the legal and social issues that confront people with disabilities, the elderly and their families. We offer comprehensive planning services, including estate planning, planning for transitions, community resources planning, planning for people with disabilities and veterans benefits planning.
