About Us The Law Offices of Theodore R. Bayer are located in Miami, Florida. Since 1972 I have practiced law continually in South Florida. My practice involves counseling and protecting the interest of individuals, businesses, personal representatives, guardians, trustees, and community associations.I represent owners, buyers, sellers, condominium and homeowner associations, landlords and tenants in real estate transactions and litigation. I review, analyze and/or prepare correspondence and documents. Where possible, I negotiate agreements. Where necessary, I litigate.My litigation practice includes probate contests, real estate and business disputes, community association rules enforcement, foreclosures, contracts, collections, and insurance claims.My goal is to obtain the best practical solution for my clients by providing competent, innovative, prompt, personal services.In addition to working as an advocate for clients, I have served as a neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1983 and as a Circuit and County Civil Mediator since 1995.
