About Us Wendy has been a lawyer for over 20 years. From January 2011 to April 2013, she served as a Pierce County Superior Court Commissioner. She presided over family law, probate/estate, guardianship, mental illness, juvenile court, landlord tenant, and other matters. Her practice focuses on family law--primarily divorce, legal separation, and child custody. She represents clients in high-conflict litigation as well as in collaborative mediation. She is former president of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and former president of the Family Law Section of the TPCBA. She is a founding member of Collaborative Law Professionals of Pierce County.
