• About Us With respect to worker's compensation cases few lawyers can match my experience. I am Board Certified in workers compensation by the Board of Legal Specialization To be board certified in Texas a lawyer must submit about 10 references from Judges, opponents, peers and clients as well as provide documented proof of experience exceeding the threshold required and at least 5 years experience in that area. I have been involved with more than 4,000 worker's compensation cases: (1) by representing injured workers (IW) at all levels, including judicial review (jury trial); (2) by representing the largest workers compensation carrier in Texas; (3) by teaching or moderating WC seminars to adjusters and attorneys (3) by working as administrative Judge for the Appeals Panel with DWC reviewing cases to ensure factually and legally sufficient reasons to affirm or reverse the hearings below; and (4) by testifying as an expert witness on WC matters.
  
  I also represent people that have been charged with crimes in Texas, whether it’s a local traffic violation or a misdemeanor such as DWI, drug possession or assault. I generally represented people on more serious criminal charges such as drug possession, delivery, robbery, burglary, kidnapping, aggravated assault and murder. In the past 12 months I represented 4 people charged with various assortments of First Degree Felonies in 3 counties. Today all are walking the street as free people.
  
  I also represent people on personal Injury cases. I have had great results representing people for violation of their Constitution rights, or those injured because of someone's negligence in an automobile wrecks, or those that have been injured by a slip and fall, or for injuries because of someone's dangerous property.
