  Located in Delray Beach, Florida, Attorney Rochelle (“Shelly”) Kerner combines extensive commercial experience with a broad background representing small business and entertainment industry clients in Palm Beach County and beyond with effective, reliable legal counsel.
  Having completed her Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Katholique Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, and worked as General Counsel to a Brussels based recording and publishing company, Shelly opened her current Florida practice in 2004.
  
  In addition to serving clients in transactional contract law and business formation, she counsels clients in entertainment, copyright, trademark, personality rights and fine arts issues. The Law Office of Rochelle Kerner builds upon her experience in New York where she remains licensed and continues to serve as outside general counsel to an established branding company.
