• About Us Elizabeth V. Han is the owner and operator of the Law Office of Elizabeth V. Han. Born and raised in San Jose California, Elizabeth received her Bachelors of Arts from the University if California, Berkley in 1994. Go Bears! She furthered her education receiving a doctorate of jurisprudence from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997.
  While in law school, Elizabeth was able to participate in many legal internships, including working with the Federal Public Defender in Los Angeles, California; the County Public Defender in Santa Barbara, California, the County District Attorney in Los Angeles, California’s Juvenile Division.
  
  After graduating from law school, Elizabeth went on to represent children as a Guardian ad Litem, looking out for their best interest in Abuse and Neglect Cases. This representation also included representing children in contentious divorces.
  
  In 1999 Elizabeth moved to Northern California, where she continued to work in Children’s Court then moved to Albuquerque, NM where she worked as an Assistant District Attorney. As an Assistant District Attorney, Elizabeth prosecuted Domestic Violence Cases, Driving While Intoxicated Cases and Felony Child Abuse Cases.
  
  With an interest in working with families, Elizabeth went back to work in Family Court and Children’s Court. Now Elizabeth focuses on Child Custody, Guardian ad Litem, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Step Parent Adoptions, Abuse and Neglect, and Juvenile Delinquency. Elizabeth can also help you with your Simple Wills.
  
  With close to 16 years of experience, Elizabeth can help you competently with all your Family Court, Children’s Court and Domestic Violence’s needs.
