My name is Heather, I am the owner of Lash Out Iowa City I have been a Licensed Esthetician since 2011. I attended Capri College where I learned how to perform skin treatments and waxing. I then took an additional 6 weeks of just makeup, where I learned the art of airbrush makeup. The newest additions to my service menu are eyelash extensions and Facials.
