Our Zumba Classes have that real "Latin Flavor"! All our instructors bring their own "Sabor Latino" which you may not find at other fitness locations. Come and see for yourself what Zumba is really all about. Our Yoga classes are led by fully certified Yoga instructors who have successfully completed the required 200 hour program... they are the best of the best! Come and see why so many come to the studio and never want to leave. However, once they do leave, they go home in a relaxed and peaceful state of mind. This is the place to be... besides Zumba and Yoga, we offer Drums Alive, Kickboxing, Piloxing, Massages, Meditation Seminars, Healing services and we are working on adding more classes/services depending on the interest of our clients! We also offer Events such as Zumba for Kids, Jr., Birthday parties, Girl/Boy Scout Zumba Events, Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Pool/BBQ Gatherings (we come to you), Mom/Daughter Classes, etc. Call the studio for more information!
