Kuk Sool is a comprehensive martial arts system for ages 3 and up, the study of all the traditional fighting arts of the Korean nation. It is elegant and powerful, "hard" (hand striking & kicking) and "soft" (throwing & joint locks), and integrates body, mind and spirit. As part of our practice, we develop strength through forms, and learn self-defense techniques, and traditional weapons.

We are a black belt school. Our mission is to develop internal power & mental focus, increase fitness, build self-confidence, and reinforce positive values through physical training and the lifetime practice of martial arts.
