About Us Karl H. Kline, president of Karl Kline P.C., graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette college in 1970 with a B.A. degree in economics. He was selected for membership in Phi Beta Kappa, the national honors society. Kline then graduated from the university of Virginia Law School in 1976.
