About Us

  • About Us After starting his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney, Martin King was appointed Bucks County's Chief Public Defender, defending criminal cases and managing the other office attorneys, staff, and budget. He then entered private practice as a principal, continuing his career as a trial and appeals lawyer in all Pennsylvania state and federal courts. In doing so, Mr. King has provided representation in serious civil and criminal matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in a broad area of human and business controversies. In addition, he has served as solicitor to various public bodies, such as the Bucks County Board of Assessment Appeals, the Recorder of Deeds, the Solebury Township Zoning Hearing Board, the Bristol Township Civil Service Commission and the Bucks County Constable's Association. He currently serves as conflict counsel in civil and federal civil rights cases representing the County of Bucks. If you or a loved one have a criminal problem or have suffered personal injuries in an accident, you want the experienced and aggressive representation you'll find at KingsLaw.
