All of us at KICKS are dedicated to our students and believe in teaching usable self defense techniques as our core and in majority of our lessons. We will occasionally teach a flashy show move or 7 to show all aspects of our arts and because, they are well…fun! With each and every class our students become more confident, stronger(mentally and physically), focused, determined and more prepared to handle stressful situations.
