• About The Practice K. Holly Gallivan, MD, MPH, FACS, FAOOA, is an ear, nose, and throat surgeon serving patients in Woburn/Winchester, Massachusetts. She is board-certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, and holds a fellowship in allergy. Dr. Gallivan is especially interested in pediatric ENT care, sinusitis, voice and swallowing disorders, as well as eldercare. Skilled at empathetic, compassionate, and collaborative care, Dr. Gallivan takes an integrative approach to the medical and surgical care of the ears, nose, and throat.  Dr. Gallivan graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and earned both her medical and public health degrees from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She completed her general surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She has practiced at Massachusetts Eye and Ear since 2000 and Winchester Hospital since 2001. Dr. Gallivan served on the Executive Committee at Massachusetts Eye and Ear for 10 years and was Chief of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Winchester Hospital for over 12 years.  Dr. Gallivan is thrilled to partner with her exceptional colleagues at Massachusetts ENT Associates. She provides surgical care at Mass. Eye and Ear Infirmary, Winchester Hospital, and Northridge Surgical Suites of Nashua. She also provides specialty care for patients at Encompass New England Rehabilitation Hospital in Woburn and Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. She serves as an Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine and a Part-Time Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Gallivan has been recognized for her notable teaching in surgery by Tufts University School of Medicine. She has been named a “Best Doctor” by the New York Times Magazine, Who’s Who, Top Doctors, and SuperDoctors, and a “Top Physician” by the Consumers’ Research Council of America and Angie’s List. She was also voted “Best of Winchester” by the Family Action Network of Winchester.  She served during the COVID-19 pandemic as a volunteer clinician with the Winchester Public Health Department. In her free time, Dr. Gallivan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, outdoor sports, and cheering on the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. The office of K. Holly Gallivan, MD, MPH, is conveniently located off Montvale Avenue, exit 27 on I-93. It is easily accessible from Winchester via Forest St. to Park St.. 100 Unicorn Park is the first building on the left across from the Stoneham Arena skating rink. Suite 102 is on the ground floor with parking around the back next to the garage. Patients have easy access on the level ground directly from the parking lot to the waiting room.
