Our standard residential service will include the following: Kitchen Clean and polish sink, wipe down countertops (moving all items on the counter top) Clean kitchen table and chairs Clean front of a dishwasher, front and top of refrigerator and stove Clean hood vent Clean inside/outside of microwave Clean exterior of cabinets Sweep and hand wash the floor Empty garbage Hand wash breakfast dishes Bedrooms Completely dust all furniture and woodwork Vacuum all carpets or floors Make beds and change linen (if provided) Remove cobwebs Remove garbage Dust blinds, walls hangings, window sills Dust doors Bathrooms Scrub and sanitize countertop, sinks, tubs, shower walls, doors and floors Scrub inside and outside toilet area Clean and shine chrome and items on the counter Wipe down cabinets, windows sills and blinds Clean all mirrors and glass Empty garbage Other Wipe down laundry machines Perform general pickup duties Dust all furniture Dust window sills and baseboards Clean patio door and front screen door inside/outside (weather permitting) Dust railing and banisters Our standard commercial service will include the following: Foyer / Reception Area: Clean front door inside and out Clean all furniture by hand Clean floor General Office: Dust all blinds, vents, light fixtures and recessed lighting Wipe switch plates, ledges, sills and mirrors Wipe all desks, tables, counters, furniture and all contents (ex. telephones, computers, lamps, etc.) Clean all chairs and floor mats Carpeted and hardwood floors cleaned Conference Room: Dust all blinds, vents, light fixtures, recessed lighting Wipe switch plates, ledges, sills and mirrors Wipe table, chairs, (placing chairs uniformly under table), all furniture and their contents Vacuum floors Bathrooms: Clean all mirrors Sanitize switch plates, hand rails and toilet paper holders Dust all furniture Wipe all ledges, hardware and surface around the hardware Clean counters and contents (ex. Soap dish) Clean and sanitize sink, polishing all chrome Clean and sanitize entire toilet Wipe toilet bowl brush holder and top of plunger, if stored next to toilet Clean and sanitize entire floor by hand, including the wiping of baseboards Kitchenette: Dust all blinds, vents, light fixtures and recessed lighting Wipe switch plates, ledges, sills and mirrors by hand Clean table, chairs, all furniture, counters and contents Clean outside of refrigerator Clean inside and outside of microwave Clean and sanitize sink and polish faucets Scrub floor Stairways: Clean and sanitize railings Clean wood trim on sides of steps Vacuum carpeted steps Clean hardwood steps by hand Floor: Vacuum carpeted floors Clean all hardwood, linoleum, and tiled floors All baseboards cleaned
